Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Processing involves order verification, quality checks, packing, and dispatching your order to our shipping partners.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

We partner with global merchants and artisans to bring you unique products. This means your order is shipped directly from our partners located in various locations, such as the UK, Europe, North America and Asia.

Because of this, shipping times can vary. Please find our estimated shipping times below:

  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • EU: 5-14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-21 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-28 business days

Please Note:

  • These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather events, holidays, and carrier service disruptions.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • While we strive to meet these estimates, Rosiri cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on most orders. If applicable any additional shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available and update.

  • If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email after 5 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact us via our online form https://therosiri.com/pages/contact with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • We work with various suppliers to offer a diverse product range. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations and arrive at different times.
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into different packages.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Rosiri is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
  • All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. 

Incorrect Address

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is returned to the sender, the customer may be responsible for redelivery costs. 

 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Rosiri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
