OUR POLICIES

  • Good news! For our members, we now offer FREE returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. This applies as long as the item hasn't been used and is in a condition suitable for resale.

  • After the initial 14-day period for return requests, we can only process exchanges. Please be aware that we cannot accept claims for faults, returns, or exchanges for any orders placed more than two months ago.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to provide complimentary returns or exchanges for international orders outside the UK at this time. If you'd like to return an item from abroad, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

  • To ensure your order arrives safely, we use robust packaging. However, if an item is damaged during postal handling and returned to us, we can only offer a 50% refund.

  • We typically process returns quickly once we receive them, usually within 3 to 5 working days. Please allow for a longer processing time during busy festive periods. We'll send you an email update once your request has been handled.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, cocktail shakers, or water bottles. This policy applies even if the items are claimed to be unopened or still in their original packaging.

  • If the security sticker on a piece of jewellery has been removed or shows signs of tampering, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This action makes the product non-returnable and void. Any jewellery returned without a valid security sticker will be sent back to you, and we may charge additional postage. Under no circumstances can we accept such a return.

  • Kindly note that all items in our PRE-OWNED and SALE collection are final sale. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these items due to their significantly reduced prices and the fact that they are being discontinued once sold out.

  • Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or bespoke designs, as these pieces are created specifically for you.

  • Your satisfaction with the quality of your purchase is important to us. If you're not happy with the finish or quality of a non-custom item, please contact us before leaving a review, and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or a return to resolve the issue.

  • We take care to package your orders securely. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged due to postal mishandling, please email your order number and a photograph to [email address removed]. We will then arrange a replacement for you.
